Healthy Chocolate Mousse Stuffed Strawberries

Substitute traditional chocolate-covered strawberries this Valentine's Day with these equally delicious, yet healthy and lower calorie chocolate-mousse filled treats!

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound strawberries
  • 1 large avacado
  • 1/4 cup coconut milk
  • 3 Tbsp cocoa
  • 3 Tbsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • pinch sea salt

Instructions:

  1. Wash straberries and cut a cone-shaped holeinto the tops of each one (removing the stem).
  2. In a food processor or blender, blend the remaining ingredients until very smooth.
  3. Fill the strawberries with mousse using a piping bag (if you don't have a piping bag, you can fill a ziploc bag with the mixture and cut of the corner).
  4. Keep chilled until ready to serve.
