Substitute traditional chocolate-covered strawberries this Valentine's Day with these equally delicious, yet healthy and lower calorie chocolate-mousse filled treats!
1 pound strawberries
1 large avacado
1/4 cup coconut milk
3 Tbsp cocoa
3 Tbsp honey
1/2 tsp cinnamon
pinch sea salt
Wash straberries and cut a cone-shaped holeinto the tops of each one (removing the stem).
In a food processor or blender, blend the remaining ingredients until very smooth.
